Executive Director/CEO
This permission level provides access to all Club information including all Club management tools and user data for their Club. This top permission level is also responsible for assigning staff to the MyBGC Club Admin role.
MyBGC Club Admin
This permission level provides access to all Club management tools and user data to support the ED in managing the Club on MyBGC.
Club Staff
This permission level is specific to paid Club employees, and provides user access to MyBGC and MyBGCU.
This role has no access to Club Management tools.
Club Youth
Youth can access MyBGC.com both with and without an account.
Youth who register an account can connect to a Club, access all youth programs in Learn, as well as the Play activities, Challenges, and Live Events.
Without an account, this permission level has access to Join, and the Play activities, but is limited to display-only in the Learn tab.
Club Program Volunteer
This permission level provides user access to MyBGC and limited MyBGCU staff training content. It is not to be confused with the volunteer Club Board member role!
This role has no access to Club Management tools.
Club Board Member
This permission level provides user access to MyBGC and MyBGCU Board Zone resources as well as limited staff training content.
This role has no access to Club Management tools.
