Our folks help children and youth become the best possible versions of themselves through exceptional program delivery. With this program, you’ll embark on a journey that just might change your life too!
For New Club Staff or Curious Youth
BGCU Foundations will equip you with the foundational information, context, and training required to successfully work in a BGC Club. This program introduces critical topics such as program planning, safety, conflict resolution, and group management.
- Required for all BGC frontline Club staff
- Open to youth who are curious about employment in a BGC Club
- Self-guided or staff-guided
- Approximate time to complete: 15 hours

Learn For Life
While this program is designed to help you succeed at the Club, the learnings can be applied to your everyday life. Use what you learn here in your other jobs and relationships to excel in all aspects of your life!
